  稀土精煉合金是諸多合金元素和多種活化元素復(fù)合而成的產(chǎn)品，廣泛運(yùn)用于冶煉行業(yè)，具有使用方便改善鋼水質(zhì)量等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

主要功效

  1．能去除鋼水中的金屬雜物和非金屬夾雜物(氧化物、硫化物、硫氧化合物、硅酸鹽化化合物的有害物)。一般的煉鋼工藝是很難去除鋼水中的夾雜物，夾雜物去除不掉，鑄件上就會(huì)出現(xiàn)渣孔、夾渣、裂縫、裂紋等缺陷。

  2．能細(xì)化晶粒、增強(qiáng)鋼水的流動(dòng)性。避免了鑄件的結(jié)瘤、冷隔、縮孔(園角、塌角)的產(chǎn)生，使用后鑄件的表面平整光滑。

  3．精煉劑還具有造渣、脫氧、排除鋼水中廢氣(氫氣、氧氣、氮?dú)?的功能。提高鑄鋼件的成品率(3—5％)。

使用方法及用量

  1．把本品放入包中，倒入鋼水即可。

  2．建議噸鋼水用3—5公斤。

Usage and Dosage：

  1．Put the product into the bag and pour in the molten steel．

  2．Recommended ton of molten iron with 3—5kg．
